The Long Work Begins

They never tell you just how all consuming it is to have visions in your head that lead to storytelling.

I wouldn't know what else to call them haha, but visions feels accurate as I imagine other worlds and people. The SIN Series has been with me in one form or another for over 15 years and has become such a huge part of my life that I genuinely cannot remember a time without it.

Story telling is a whole other ball game though! Trying to put into words the visions in your head is a task all on its own and I hope I make a good go of it as I dedicate to my craft now.

I have been derailed many times from being an author. Some told me that I could never make a career of it, others said that other jobs or study pathways were better and that pursuing writing was just a hobbie.

Deep down, a part of me always disagreed but due to the nature of my chaotic and changing life, I never really got the time or headspace to devote to writing my novels.

Until now... well actually about a year ago haha. As I have only just created this blog, and the website isn't even published yet, I doubt anyone will ever read this. But if they do, I hope they will see and feel just how personal and passionate this project is for me.

It is something I plan on dedicating the rest of my life to, and I can't wait to share it with whoever is reading this.
