The Warrior

Little is known about Sariel's long history before his time with the BloodThorne Brotherhood.

He was a veteran Battle Angel of The Great War who lost his wings after rebelling against Yahweh and Heaven. He was among the first of any angel to fall in love with a mortal and to be expelled from Heaven, planting the seed of rebellion in his fellow angels.

After the tragic loss of his wings, he spent centuries wandering the world, collecting ancient relics and preserving them in a secret location known only to him, before meeting Apep Thanatos by chance at an ancient Egyptian burial site.

Both seeking a prized relic from the tomb, Sariel and Apep chose to speak rather than fight and would become fast friends in their shared interest in the ancient world and the wonders they both remembered. As they were both alive before the time of the Great War, they shared their love of history over many long nights of food and drink before Sariel offered the relic to Apep, and Apep offered Sariel a sponsorship to the BloodThorne.

With his Fallen Battle Angel abilities, even without his wings, he would make a formidable ally and his ability to seek out lost relics and treasures would prove valuable to the warriors in more ways than one.

He has been a member for 400 years, and yet very little is still known about him and what he does when he is away from his brothers.
