Lilith is a primordial Demon, has existed for thousands of years and has preyed on humans for as long as they have existed. She is the mother of Vampires and known as the Queen of the Damned. She inhabits a region in Hell known as Death Valley, which is where souls first wash up on the shores as they enter Hell. The River Stix begins there, ferrying these souls to their designated Rings of Hell.

Long ago, Lilith was married to Sammiel, the Fallen Archangel of Death, until Lucifer assumed power of Hell, and killed her husband and children during The Great War. Consumed with madness and grief, Devil bound Lilith to Lucifer, forcing her to remain in Hell for eons as The Great War ended and a new age began.

That is where the true legend of Lilith was born: the agrieved mother who would become one of the greatest monsters in human history.
