As a Crossroads Demon, Forneus will often flit between Hell and Earth to barter souls for favors. He has operated out of ILLUSION for many years, seeing many members come and go from the BloodThorne Brotherhood before joining himself, along with Roman Alceu.

He was sent to Hell for practicing dark magic that resulted in the deaths of innocents. Trapped for centuries in the Ring of Greed, the Fallen Arch, Berith, would eventually take an interest in a promising new acolyte and transform him into a Crossroads Demon.

As a member of the BloodThorne now, he is the negotiator in any legal dealings for the Brotherhood and will gather intelligence from Hells denizens to report to the BloodThorne.
